This role is ideal for a person who is friendly, organized, dependable, and ready to grow. It is a front desk position, but not one where you sit behind a counter all day. We need someone who can communicate with guests, handle emails and bookings, stay calm during busy hours, and also take part in the day-to-day rhythm of the dive center, including helping with dive equipment, supporting guest preparation, and assisting the team where needed.

A Job With More Than Front Desk Work

The Scuba Diving Receptionist is an important part of our team. You are often one of the first people our guests will meet, both online and in person. That means this role combines customer service, office work, communication, and active support within the dive center.

Your work will include:

• welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
• answering questions in person, by email, and online
• helping with bookings, schedules, and front desk tasks
• assisting with billing, cashiering, and office administration
• helping with dive equipment and guest preparation
• supporting the team in day-to-day dive center operations

This is a team role for someone who is willing to stay active and be part of the real flow of dive center life.

Scuba Training Included

What makes this position special is that it does not stop at reception work.

Within the year, the successful applicant will undergo scuba training including:

• Open Water Diver
• Advanced Open Water Diver
• Rescue Diver
• Enriched Air Nitrox
• Emergency First Response / Medic First Aid

This training helps you understand our guests better, become part of the dive center environment, and grow into the role in a meaningful way.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, tourism, or office work is an advantage, but not required.

Experience with AI tools is also a plus.
